Refund & Exchange Policy
All our products are backed by our iron clad warranty and exchange program allowing you to buy our products with absolute confidence. See below which is the most appropriate method for you to exchange your product or request a refund in the unlikely event that you are not 100 percent satisfied with your device. We have made this process super easy for you , no fussy emails and pleading for us to exchange or refund you . Simply fill in on of the forms below and we will sort out the rest .
1. If you purchased an item from one of our stores and find that you are not entirely satisfied with the device , simply return the product in its original packaging together with your invoice within the first 7 days for a full refund. We issue refund as follows according to your choice
- Debit / Credit card refund
- EFT refund
2. IF you purchased a device from one of our stockist / partners . Please contact the appropriate partner to issue the refund with us .
3. If you purchased a device from our online store , please fill out the following form to submit your request within the first 7 days of your date of delivery.
We are certain you wont be accessing this section much(Our products are that good) but in the event that you do , to exchange any of our products within our warranty period(12 months from date of purchase), simply fill out the form below and ship your product back to us(FREE-We will arrange pickup) and we will have your replacement to you in a flash. All exchanges will be shipped free of charge from us to you. All product exchanges can be done directly at our store as well (Please take your online invoice along )
